The tile was set in the Master Bath- the white powder is dust…
Same Tile in the Laundry/Mudroom.
The recessed lighting is in and is brightening the Great Room.
Here is the Kitchen all painted and as you can see the Hardwood floors will be installed next. The flooring has to acclimate for a week before the Valerian Team can put them in.
This is the office – all painted and the windows are trimmed.
The exterior seams have been caulked as well as all the doors and trim in preparation for the exterior paint- What color did the home owners choose??? You will have to come back to see !!!!
There have been many things going on out at Lot 16 in Paradise Vista. Out at the New Custom Home at 130 Columbia Crest the recessed lighting (can lighting) has been put in which just makes the Great Room glow. It definitely shows off the tongue and groove ceiling. All the interior walls were first textured in an “old World” style and then painted first with a tinted primer and then painted with the colors that the homeowners choose- which is a cream-ish yellow. The Valerian Team recently started the floors – the bathrooms have been tiled as well as the Laundry/Mudroom. Looks like the homeowners choose a terracotta-color porcelain tile. The Hardwood floors are going to be started soon – the planks have been sitting in the house to acclimate to the setting- this insures that the wood will not bow, shrink, or expand after installation. The Exterior of this Custom Home is also been prepped for the Exterior paint as well- the Valerian Team has been caulking all the seams and around all the trim to insure a seamless look. Just one of the many steps that this team takes to make sure that the home is perfect for the homeowners.
