Every First Friday of the month there will be Ballroom Dancing.  There will also be lessons at each event to learn 2 different dances.  We also have dance lessons every Thursday.

Kids Story Book Costume Carnival

This is a FREE event for parents and their children; the activities will be geared towards children b/w the ages of 0-12yrs of age.  But everyone is welcome!  Theme this year of “Story book characters”!  WE invite our attendees to dress up for the event, there will be a costume contest!  Activity Booths, Face Painting by Anna the Clown, Bounce houses, Giveaway Raffle, Free Children’s Books, Parenting Resource Information!  Hot Dog Stand!!!

In the winter, soups can contribute to your health and well-being.  Come learn to prepare healthy and delicious soups.  All classes are FREE.  However, donations to our non-profit are accepted and greatly appreciated.

2012 Master Gardener Class –

Thursdays for  12 weeks.  Become a new type of gardener!  Applications will be taken in October.  Learn the cutting edge of Gardening and Landscaping techniques, basic horticultural principles and environmentally sound gardening practices.  Pre-registration is required.  Cost $100.oo & 70 Volunteer hours.

Siskiyou Film Fest, a production of the Klamath Wild Lands Center, is in its 11th year.  This film festival features environmental films focusing on sustainability and  critical issues which face our region and the planet.

Cynthia’s Home Sweet Home –

MURDER MYSTERY DINNER THEATER -

Join us for an evening of suspense, food, mystery and fun.  All guests participate as much or as little as they like though out the evening.  But everyone will be asked to put in their 2 cents to help solve the heinous crimes that are committed here every other Saturday.  Every month  is a new story and a new event.  Performed by local actors,  “The Whodunit Players” weave a story of intrighue and disaster.  This fun evening provides not only a meal bua entertainment as well.  Cost is $35. per person.  Visit the website for more info.

Rogue Valley Symphony Concert III -

Neil Tatman, Guest oboist will perform Francaix’s L’horloge de Flore and Satie’s Gymnopedies #1 & 3.  Also, on the program are Britten’s Four Sea Interludes and Mendelssohn’s Symphony #3 Scottish.  Music Director Martin Majkut will present a pre-concert talk one hour before the performance.  Cost is $10 – $34, & $5 for Students.
