We just moved a family into Castle Heights Subdivision in Grants Pass.  The reason we build homes is to provide a need for our community members.  There is nothing like a new home owner who just designed and built their dream home moving in.  Its really nice to know we can bring joy to new homeowners in our community.

“from the first night, it felt like home.  The layout, flow, and livability of my new home is perfect for me.  Everything is “right sized”.  No area or room is too big or too small.  You may work a floor plan on paper and think it is OK but then question things when construction starts, but this worked out perfectly and I would not change a thing.

One of the “little pleasures” I truly enjoy every morning is the shower.  It is larger than the Merlin home shower, and Redwood Glass did a perfect job with the design of the glass wall and door. The hardware they used matches all the metal in the house perfectly.

The landscape work continues.  Ron believes they will have it finished before the end of next week except for hydroseeding the yard.  It is going to be dramatic when finished.

And I must say that I am glad I chose Valerian Homes as the contractor.  I don’t think any other builder could have done better.  And there was not one second of pain or heartburn though the whole building process.  From start to finish it took 166 days.”

Exterior Hardie Siding is being installed at the new custom home on lot 4 at Paradise Vista subdivision in the city of Grants Pass, OR.   This exterior Hardie siding is a fiber cement siding that comes pre-primed so it is ready for paint.  This siding is perfect for the Southern Oregon weather- it is very durable and weathers the elements – literally!  It has a very long life-span-50 years and has little to no maintenance.  It is completely rot and insect resistant.  Hardie board siding can be made to mimic just about any other siding material, including wood lap boards, cedar shingles, and wood shake siding. This fiber cement siding is made of more than 90% sand and cement, making it inherently resistant to flames.  Thus making it one of the best exterior products in the market and one that the Valerian Team uses on a regular basis.  Especially in our wooded lots of Paradise Vista.
